RHINO LININGS FAQ's:
Do I need to make an appointment?
Yes, we generally schedule trucks anywhere from one day to one week in advance.
How long does it take?
A professionally installed Rhino Linings® spray-on truck bed liner application typically takes about 4 hours. We do not rush the process as we want each application to be our highest quality. We generally ask that you drop off the truck about 8:00 a.m. and we will have it ready for pick up by 3:00 p.m.
Can I Use my truck right away?
Yes, Rhino Linings® protective coatings dries to the touch in just seconds; though we recommend that you wait 24 hours for heavy duty use in order to allow the bed liner material to fully cure.
What equipment and chemical do we use?
As a trusted Rhino dealer, we use the Advanced High Pressure Heated Machine during our application process for that high quality, factory finished look.
We are proud to use the commercial strength, Rhino Extreme™ in our application process.
Is there a warranty?
All Rhino Linings® retail applicators offer a Nationwide Limited Lifetime Warranty that is good for as long as you own your vehicle. The warranty covers issues like peeling, blistering, flaking or bubbling of the sprayed-on truck bed liner. Normal wear and tear or abuse of the liner is not covered under the warranty. For more information on the warranty, please contact our office.
Will the lining hold up to rugged conditions and temperature extremes?
Yes. Rhino Linings® spray on lining products are specifically engineered not to warp, crack, peel or split due to weather or other environmental factors. Our spray-on liners are engineered to withstand the severe cold of Alaska to the intense heat of Arizona, (temperatures between -40 degrees F and 190 degrees F). Unlike plastic drop-in liners or other spray-on liners, Rhino Linings products are formulated to withstand heavy-duty use while offering superior abrasion and corrosion resistance.

NHOU FAQ's:
What is the difference between NH Clear & Back-N-Black Oil?
Exact same product other than a carbon graphite biodegradable black tint to improve the surface appearance.
Will it drip?
NH Oil Undercoating is formulated not to drip. However, minimal dripping may occur if the product is applied heavily. In most cases clean up is simple, Dawn dish soap or Simple Green usually does the trick.
Do you clean the vehicle first?
Check with your dealer, each shop is independently owned and operated. In most cases, if your vehicle arrives with a heavy residue of mud, flaky rust it would be necessary to wash/remove before treatment. We recommend that any heavy accumulation of mud and dirt be pressure washed from the frame and wheel wells a day prior to the application.Note, arrangements may be necessary to allow adequate time for preparation and additional costs may occur.
How soon can I wash my car?
You can wash your vehicle immediately after the treatment. (avoid high-pressure undercarriage washing) Unlike other preventing methods, it will not trap moisture. It literally pushes it away, leaving behind a corrosion-fighting lubricating film.
SMOKE & ODOR NOTICE
You may notice smoke and odor from the underside of the vehicle the first time the vehicle is driven. This is due to a small amount of overspray vaporizing on the exhaust system. It is harmless and should cease quickly.
BRAKES NOTICE
You may notice a grinding noise when braking. This is due to a small amount of over-spray collecting on the brake lining. This is not a safety hazard and should cease after a few stops. Paint: NHOU’s products cannot stop scratches, peeling of paint or stone chips. Damage to exterior paint should be repaired promptly otherwise surface corrosion can occur.
How often should NH Oil Undercoating be applied?
While driving habits may vary, we recommend an annual application in order to maintain adequate protection.
